Hi, I re-started this week and am now on day 2. Feeling confident with a tinge of a headache, must drink another pint before I leave work. Good luck to other re-starters :)

Hi Louisa

nice to meet you too. This is my second time and last time lost 35lbs but have gone and put 26 back on. Stupid work constraints, stupid excuses and other peoples persuasion to eat. But I am back in the zone and have a goal in sight. My daughter is 18 on Oct 7th and I want us to have a family photo and one of the photo's is of mother and daughter, hence the need to lose weight as I don't want to look back and hate the photo. I want my daughter to cherish our day together and the photo. So I am determined to do this and shift my weight. I am on day 3 and so far so good. My hubby cooked dinner tonight for everyone whilst I had a lovely bath and read a magazine. I am now in the office with another pint of water.
This site is brilliant, helps me get through and do something with my hands rather than eat.
Hope your week is going well
Liz

Hi busybee, what a good reason to stick to it.

I have an 18 year old daughter as well, she's off to uni in 6 weeks :(

So far not doing that good this week, but determined to turn it around, off to the gym for a workout and swim, and hopefully get me in the zone.

I've been doing cd for about 10 months, with a couple of weeks break for holidays etc, but have really struggled since March and been losing and gaining the same 5=6 lbs :(, it was when I went on to adding food to the plan that I found really hard, and kept adding things I shouldn't have. I find it hard as I'm a veggie, but I don't like quorn etc, so its more difficult.

determined to get to goal and maintain by Christmas.

Hi Girls

just letting you know that I have managed the day 4, now on day 5. No cheating and no issues. Day 4 was always a bad day for me. It was either make or break day so I am generally smug that I have made it through with no hiccups.
Hoep you are all doing marvellous, sending virtual hugs to all.:D
