How many points for exercise?

I'm new, this is my first post!:wave_cry:

I need to get back on the weight watchers wagin so to speak, did get to gold but didn't get weighed often enough and now I need to shift the pounds that have crept up.

I've lost my wheel that used to tell me how much exercise earns in points, can anyone give me a rough idea?:confused:

I have a points calc so I'm alright with that.

I'm sorry I can't help you with the exercise points a) because I don't do any, lol, and b) I don't have my books here to check for you. I'm sure someone will be along shortly who can help you though.

Fingers crossed somone will come up trumps on the exercise thing. I love food so much exercise is the only way I can shift the pounds.

Hope this helps, i found it on-line and its what I use,
i have it in a wee table but this was the best i could do posting it. It shows the amount of points you earn depending on the level of exercise and the length of time you spend doing it. the types of exercise are listed at the very bottom,

aparently roller skating is 5 points per hour ! .. me and my daughters are starting 2 hours every fortnight :d
