    :flowers:Hi there

I'm new, this is my first post!:wave_cry:

I need to get back on the weight watchers wagin so to speak, did get to gold but didn't get weighed often enough and now I need to shift the pounds that have crept up.

I've lost my wheel that used to tell me how much exercise earns in points, can anyone give me a rough idea?

I have a points calc so I'm alright with that.

    Fingers crossed someone can help!:flowers:

I'm sorry I can't help you with the exercise points a) because I don't do any, lol, and b) I don't have my books here to check for you. I'm sure someone will be along shortly who can help you though.

I just really wanted to say 'hi' and welcome to the forum :)
