How many syns a day should I have?

Hi I just had a horrible thought seen as I'm doing slimming world by myself instead of the club. Am I right in thinking its 15 syns a day. Xxx

You can have between 5 and 15 syns each day
There are a couple of great sticky threads that explain the plan in more detail too good luck x

5 to 15 syns a day, but you can have flexi-syns if you need them
