How many syns are in Sainsburys BGY extra lean pork sausages

I have just started SW again does anyone know how many syns there are in Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself reduced fat pork sausages and also 1/4 pack of Mr mash

Mr Mash is just normal mash, like smash. As long as it's made up with just water and no butter is added, it is free.

Thanks for that these are really the only sausages I like so the fact that they are only 0.5 syn is a bonus xx
