How many syns in baked potatoes?

Im thinking of bringing in a frozen baked potato ( you find them in asda + tescos) like the mccains 1s... bringing 1 in for my lunch in work to have with a small tin of beans. How many syns would that be?

don't know if it would work or not, i presume so, but if you did homemade jackets and then froze them, wouldn't that be sin free?

Why don't you save yourself the money & syns by just baking your own the night before & heat it in up in the microwave at work? That's what I do x

As long as the potato is done without any oil (some people rub oil on the skins) and without butter etc they are syn free.
The ones you buy part done have syns as many have oil.
