Am going out for an indian and a few drinks with some friends tonight, so have planned to have either chicken or lamb rogan josh with boiled rice and 1 poppadom. Drinkswise I'm hoping to stick to 2 white wine and sodas. Can anyone help me out with total syns estimate?
