Hi all i have so enjoyed this forum and reading all your tips and i wondered if anyone knows the sin value for a rich tea finger biscuit from tesco.

how many syns in a asda smartpice rich tea biscuit? on the back it says per biscuit 147kcal so if you go by the 20 syns per 100g rule does that make it 5 syns per biscuit? never right surely

Are you sure thats not the kj value? According to mysupermarket.com they are 36 calories per biscuit and that backs up other sources
