how much and how often?

    How often and how much exercise if enough to lose weight and tone up?
    Im currently doing about 45-55 mins 5 days per week. Some cardio and some toning each time????

    Should I be doing 6 days?

    5 days is plenty, especially if you're doing almost an hour. You'll need a day or two to let your body recover from the exertion, and not burn out.

    Of course, if the exercise is light and not really taxing you, you could do it everyday, but otherwise 5 is just fine.
