how much can i expect to lose in 5wks roughly??

Hi everyone.
I lost 5st in 6 mths on exante last yr and ive maintained even though ive been trying with slimm world and exercise to lose the last 2st since then without success. Seems i only lose weight on vlcd. so ive decided to go bk on exante to lose the last 2st.
I am bridesmaid in 5 weeks so im stsrting today. how much do you think ill roughly lose in this time?? because im a less start weight than last time. i weigh 11st 10lb.

From what I read most people lose between 9-15lbs in the first four weeks, so I'd say a stone in five weeks was very possible. Esp I'd you stick to it 100%, drink 4L of water a day and introduce a little exercise (gently at first). Good luck! x
