How much do people tend to lose a month?

Hi, I'm thinking of starting SF & just wondered how much I can expect to lose.

Hiya I'm on day 5 of SF and I weighed in and I've lost 2.6lbs.

I'm very conscious that the amount of sugar is in them so only planning to do SF for a month.

Superdrug are doing everything on 3 for 2

Boots are selling the cans 1/2 price

Saver is generally the cheapest
