how much do you excercise?

I get worried that i am excersisig too much

my week is as follows

mon : run (couch to 5k program)
tues: swim 1/2 mile
weds : weigh in and zumba
Thurs: run (c25k)
fri: rest
Sat: run (c25k)
sun: swim 1/2 mile

I have stupidly stepped on the scales everyday this week and they seem to be creeping up!! i only need 1/2 pound to reach my stone!!:cry:

I'm not doing much at the moment, but there were times in the last few months were I was doing something most days.

If this is the first week you have done this much exercise, you may find a small gain as your body is getting use to the work it is doing.

if this isnts your first few weeks, them just make sure you are eating enough as all the extra exercise will mean you need to eat all your calorise.
