How much exercise is enough?

Hi
I'm trying really hard to get the last stone and a half off before September. I am doing slimming world and lots of exercise. This week I have done 1 more class than normal and do classes at least 4 times a week:
Body combat
Kick boxing/boxing
Spinning
1 gym session 20 mins run 20 mins x trainer weights and abs
2 mile run to slimming world.

Is this enough? I love the exercise I do but so want a flat stomach and toned arms
