How much fat/salt/sugar?

I'm struggling to find information online about how much fat/salt/sugar to eat a day. I can find lots of sites telling me a maximum amount to stay under, but it's hard to find the opposite. Is there a recommended amount of each not to fall below? I'm not planning on going on a very low calorie diet or similar, I'm just looking for help with working out what numbers to use.
