Puddings How much quark??

I have a recipe for the 1/2 syn roulade but it only says 2 tubs of quark, what size tubs? As i bought 250g tubs but other recipes say 100g tub of quark.
I'm confused! Please help

i use half of a tub in the actual cake mix ( 125 g)
then i whisk up a whole tub for the topping (250g)
