Sorry honey, no idea....would be good if someone could perhaps post a little piccy to show a visible kind of idea iykwim....

I get a bit wary with the veggies etc on 790/810, and find it easier to visualise things rather than read them if that makes any sense......

yes. I was wondering how anyone was going to describe the amount! is it an average sized soup bowl's full for instance?

790 is even more difficult isn't it - tbsp isn't a helpful measure with some veg :)

Exactly, you should see me balancing brussel sprouts on a spoon...takes me back to the egg and spoon race at school and I was rubbish at that too! :D

Have celery, then you can balance the sticks across a spoon and maybe get 3 big sticks on it.
    (he he he) only kidding.

i'm afraid I do a georgie! Only with lettuce though, and then do sprinkles with other veg on the top! Except cucumber - I'm a bit lavish with that too!

If you made a sort of scaffolding platform with the celery,
then you could use thick slices of cucumber as floor boards & then top the whole thing with a mound of other veg. Technically it would all be a spoonful.
'Portion control' in this situation would be the immensly steady hand needed to move the whole construct to your plate without it collapsing.
