I was just wondering as on wed and thurs i work a very busy 12 hour shift and i always drink less as i dont have time to drink or to keep weeing! :D I was just sat at my desk feeling bad as ive only had 2 litres so far and on any other day i would get through 4-5 litres.

How much do you all have daily? & do you think if you drink more you loose more? xx

Ive never kept an actual 'log' of what i drink each day and how it relates to my weigh ins although i wish i had now looking back

I drink 3 ..1.5 litre bottles every day so its 4.5 a day for me :) and i can lose 4 pound one week.... 1 the next.... then 3....then nothing (on two occasions lol) .. so for me..it seems to make no odds!

Yep, I agree with Mrs E! Although, water obviously helps in the number 2 department! x

I am really struggling to drink more than 2 litres at the moment. I have made an extra effort today. I don't find the amount I drink makes any difference to what I lose. However, it does help with pooing!

I'm lucky if I make a litre a day. I simply cant manage water, but I can and do easily drink at least 3 pints of coffee. Better than nothing at all, I guess :(

That's interesting TrueblueAngel, I seem to have switched to the black coffee and really lost interest in water?!
