How much water do YOU drink in a day?

I'm interested to see what you all manage to drink in a day??

Yesterday was my first day and I only managed just under 2pints.

Today I have planed my day out so that I should be able to drink nearly 5pints...

How do you mange it? I'm finding drinking water alot harder than I thought...

Do you find you are constanly drinking water throughout the day?? Its takes me a good few hours to get through just over one pint!!

I'm doing CD and am on 5 litres a day now. When I first started I struggled to get even 2 litres down me, but bit by bit I've managed to increase it with ease

Em, I drank close to 6 litres yesterday
It can be quite hard to get down sometimes, so I usually have mine warm or hot.

I am sure your tea consumption counts towards your intake as well, so maybe try green or peppermint tea?

I started yesterday as well and like you my water intake is bad im too keen on water and never have been,but if it's going to help get the weight off then we are going to have to get guzzling.

your sooo right

not having enough water leads to constipation, headaches and general feeling unwell. Maybe even try making your shakes up with a bit more water than necessary...whatever helps!

On my third day now and i know that the to have the best results from lipotrim u need to consume a least six pints a day. well thats what my advisor told me, thats on top of the shakes.
So for have been having 3litres a day, feel like i am constantly drinking and weeing! Just think the more u drink the more u lose!

I have at least 4 - 5 litres a day. When I started I struggled to get through 2, but I have a piece of paper with ten lines on it....each one represents a pint and I work my way through the list (I forget how many I've had otherwise!!). I drink half a pint quite quickly then sip the other half over the next half an hour. On the weeks I drink more water I lose more weight....its really important to up your water. You'll lose weight quicker. There is a sticky on the Cambridge Diet Forum posted by Mike (Icemoose). He has lost loads of weight and a real inspiration. After I read that my water intake doubled.

I'm drinking about 3.5 litres a day. I upped my water intake over the last month but was really struggling with 2 litres. However, since replacing all food with the shakes I have wanted to drink more to fill up so the extra 1.5 litres is getting tucked away fairly easily. I do have to go to the toilet every 5 minutes though!!

I find it easier to drink water from a bottle with a sports top. If I have a glass of water I tend to just sip it and don't consume much at all. I have a 750ml water bottle and I aim to drink one full bottle before work, 3 at work, and one in the evening (I find it harder to drink at home).
