Total Solution How much water to drink.

Hi how much water should i drink on TS, and can i drink to much and keep hold of it.
Should i increase the amount if it's a hot sunny day ?
I was aiming for 3 litres but today being hot i've nearly done 4, excluding tea.
I just feel drinking something when i feel like eating helps.

Coming to the end of day 1 and don't feel to bad a little light headed but i guess thats normal, early night i think won't be tempted then.
I've heard day 3 and 4 are the worst.

I go for 4 litres, also try and stop drinking water about 3 hrs before bed so you don't have to get up and pee during the night lol

Also when you have your worst day please remember the day after you'll feel fab! Xx
