How much weight will I lose?

    Hello :)

    I am considering trying Slimfast for the first time. I'd like to lose half a stone in the next 3 weeks. Is this a realistic target from your experience? How much did you other Slimfast users lose in the first month or so?

    Didn't want to start a new thread but i've decided to give it a go!
    I can't afford the proper Slimfast stuff (can't believe how expensive it is!) but I have bought tescos own version 'Ultraslim'.
    Had one of the ready made shakes for lunch, not too bad actually! Fingers crossed!

    i love tescos ultra slim cannot afford the slim fast have been on it for four weeks now have lost 11 pounds first 3 days were the hardest now its part of my daily routine good luck

    i think its realistic to lose that much, as long as you still to it.
    I've just done my first week and lost 6lbs
    weighed myself again today being curious and found i'm now down 10lb from my start weight and its not even 2 weeks!

    good luck!

    Just dont get to the point where you are feeling really hungry, as your body will think you are starving it and will hold any calories you consume, hence you should have the snacks each day to trick your body
