How to copy from esource food tracker diary?

Hi all,

I know this is probably a really silly question- but I have seen some people say they insert their food into the food tracker on esource and then copy and paste into their food diaries here.

When I try and copy or highlight any of my entry it just has a little hand and I can't copy any of the text. Am I doing something wrong?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated so I don't have to keep typing it out!

Hi everyone

After much annoyance and clicking around I have worked it out! If you click print it gives you a sort of list you can copy and paste

Thought I would update incase anyone else wondered!
