How to keep busy while doing CD ss?

I don't work (had a car accident last year) which effected me physically and Psychologically... physically I'm fine but I'm still in therapy over what happened.

Anyway, the time off suck! I hate it, So I would love any suggestions from you lovely people on what to do??

I think the first week is the worst, as you need something to occupy what would have been mealtimes and also to keep your hands busy.
I read, knit, play with the kids, do homework with my eldest and generally pamper myself.
Now the nights are getting lighter, it will be good to get out and about walking after work..

I'd say try and get out and do some light exercise.
