How to stay on track and keep up the motivation?

Hi everyone, currently loving the slimming world plan, following EE and I am only half a pound away from my stone and a half award. Still have another two and a half stone I want to get rid of after that though, and was wondering if anyone has any tips/ ideas to keep the motivation going? Last few weeks I've been kind of stuck in a rut and been a bit naughty so have been getting 1lb losses which are still good, but have definitely been going over the 15 syns most days so don't even deserve my 1lb losses haha.

Any suggestions on how to get back on track would be great, thanks :D
