right can you have a look and see what you think and see if you think im getting back on track or not,lol
breakfast,
i muller light yogurt,strawberries,apple and 1 banana
snack
1 boiled egg,on a small white breadcake(workmates made it)
dinner
2 slices of wholemeal toast from an 800g loaf 1 tin of baked beans
dinner
pasta,peppers,mushrooms,soy sauce,a small sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top,
(made plenty for later)
up to now 1 1/2 ltr of water
exercise
mowed front and back garden,walked to and from work,
so come on what do you think?be as honest as you want,
