breakfast,
i muller light yogurt,strawberries,apple and 1 banana

snack
1 boiled egg,on a small white breadcake(workmates made it)

dinner
2 slices of wholemeal toast from an 800g loaf 1 tin of baked beans

dinner
pasta,peppers,mushrooms,soy sauce,a small sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top,
(made plenty for later)

up to now 1 1/2 ltr of water

exercise
mowed front and back garden,walked to and from work,

Good. Just measure your cheese so you're having the right amount for HE-A choice. You can have 2x28g for 2 A choices.

Good! You could even eat a bit more I think. Your only syns seem to be in your white bun for your eggy snack. If you work out how many that is, you could probably have a few more if you wanted.

As you're on a green day, how about making yourself a batch of SW syn free chips and a couple of syns worth of ketchup to dip them in?

Or if you're feeling experimental, you could try making oven-baked crisps using thinly sliced spuds and frylight.

But far easier would be a packet of walkers french fries for 4.5 syns!

A tin of baked beans are free and usually do the trick with a poached egg or two;), sweetcorn, corn on the cob, Jacket pot, the list is endless............. and dont start me off on the syns:p

iv been shopping at last lol

got loads of fruit,muller lights,and some chicken legs mmmm,etc

omg how tiny are the 400g loafs pmsl,3 mouthfuls and they are gone!!!!

had a bacon butty this morning mmm
not done a red day in months,id forgotten what im missing:D
