HUGE update (in the best possible sense)

Hello everyone,

it has been months since I've been on here, I have been battling with the cambridge diet now for 23 weeks (i think) and was last active on here in my 10th week. I started off at 17st1lb, i now weigh 12st9lb - and I don't even feel like the same person.

I remember first starting the diet, looking on here and seeing pictures of women that had lost 5st and thinking how amazing that would be, I have now lost a total of 4st6lb myself and it feels amazing!

I will (once i work out how) post pictures up, as i hope to inspire others in the same way that I was inspired by many on here when I first started. If anyone has any tips of how to upload then please tell :p
