I had a Red day yeasterday, I usually do green but fancied a nice Sunday roast. Does anyone else find Red days leave them hungry?
Today I woke up starving!!
This is what I have had today

Breakfast 2 weetabix HB skimmed milk HA and bananna
Mushrooms Beans and Egg

Lunch Quorn chilli and rice
Muller Yogurt

Tea SW chips lots of and Beans

Plan to have Pagan Rolls HB and Cheese HA Beetroot and Pickles for supper

I will not use any syns today, this diet is crazy!! I am eating for England and hope to lose at WI tomorrow:p:p

I always found that altho I lost faster on RED I was more likely to be hungry. That's why I'm doing EE now. I have the best of both worlds! It's my 3 rd week and I've never been hungry. I'm sure you'll have a good loss. Good luck!
