Hello all

Well, i am having one of those days when I have the real munchies :eat:

I could eat anything and everything... Fortunately, I have come to work with my big bag packed of SW friendly foods / loads fruit etc, and so won't fall off the wagon or fall victim to the vending machine.

What is your strategy when you have the 'hungry days'?

Hi Nattymo,

I have those too (occasionally). Well done for taking plenty of superfree to work with you. However if I really need to eat and superfree just won't do it, I try to have something that I like that's free (so a smaller portion of homemade bolognaise/stroganoff etc with some pasta/rice). It's better than losing control on syns.

I do exactly what Gail does! Eat as much Superfree as I can face, and if that still doesn't fill the hole I have some free. I eat like a horse on those days and have extra meals that don't exist, like postbreakfast, predinner, postsupper! ;) I don't let myself saty hungry, and fill up on free stuff (I aim to max up the veggies on the free though, to help bulk it up).

Oh, and EGGS, amazing wee filling things!!
