Hungry horse

Hi everyone!
Ive just had steak at a hungry horse chain does anybody know how it is cooked? I had it rare with peas, a grilled tomato and a jacket spud no butter and left the mushrooms as i wasnt to sure if they were grilled or fried? :/

Just hopin it was syn free or low syn an id be happy

if it was part of a grill then it will be free, if not i would count 1-2 syns at the most x

Sounds like ive hopefully made a sensible choice then! im so used to having bbq chicken new yorker with no sauce, bacon or cheese n jacket spud but got a bit bored of the same old! and fancied a change! Thanks xx
