Went this week and lost 2lbs without even feeling like I was on a diet.

Can I say I LOVE SW it is the best thing I have chosen for myself ( Am also doing The Beck Diet Solution, to help my
Motivation) that, going to group and visiting here will help me shift this weight!!!
