I have thought of doing both of the above in the past but never thought about combining them the way you are thinking. What put me off the gastric band was seeing how a friend looked on it, yes she lost weight but her hair looks ready to fall out, in fact she said it has got really thin and her skin is not so good. She said she was taking supplements etc but what would worry me is if I had hypnosis to think I had a band would I then look like her. Also her tummy has not got much smaller so like me she still looks pregnant, not that I would ever tell her that.
However, I have finally found a diet that works for me so I do not have to argue with hubby about doing anything drastic.
The biggest thing I find with my diet, Go Lower is that I can snack and as I have a lot to lose I couldn't bear the thought of not having chocolate or crisps.
