Hey! I started weight watchers in April but really wanted a little extra help. I'd heard about the hypnotic gastric band therapy, but it costs hundreds so I did abit of googling and found a site where I could download hypnosis mp3's.
So I brought this gb mp3 at £6.99 and I swear it's the best money I've ever spent!!! I listened to it every night when I went to bed. I was hugely sceptical but a few weeks into my diet I was celebrating with a take away. Before even the slight hint in my mind that I would get a take away I'd be on that phone ordering and no one could stop me, but after the hypnosis it took me nearly an hour of debating should I or shouldnt I order food! Its also helped me not eat when I'm bored or for the sake of it.
So whatever diet your doing I recommend spending that £6.99!!! It's soooooo relaxing to listen to!! I've brought other subjects too!!
