Attack i am back for a second time,fingers crossed,need some support please x

Hi i am back for a second go,its been 2 years since i last did Dukan,and it worked first time,
im now at my heaviest and feeling fat and need to do something to make me feel better,(loosing weight)


iv used the calculator on dukan site i have

Attack 4 days
cruise 67 days,

i plan to shop for this and start monday,(meal out booked for sat),

my shopping list so far
oatbran
vanilla+toffee yogurts fat free
sf jelly
chicken breasts,
skimmed milk,
wafer thin ham/chicken,
eggs
tuna?

i cant for seafood sorry yuck,
 
Best to avoid the vanilla and toffee fat free yoghurts as they still contain sugar. Better with total 0% or quark Sweetned yourself. This was the advice I was initially given and it may be "old school" but it's worked!
 
Dukan is the easiest diet that I've ever done & managed to stick to. Good luck on your journey.
 
Good luck sure you will do grand and not loads to lose so should be there in NO time! x

I eat the WW Toffee and Vanilla ones all the time and they have never had an negative impact. They are lower in sugar than say the Danone 0% Vanilla one, which I avoid.

WW Toffee/Vanilla contains 5.3g sugar per 125g (serving) and Danone 0% Vanilla contains 9.8g sugar per 125g (serving)!
