I am back hanging head in shame :(

    Hey ladies

    So I am back after majorly loosing my way :(
    I was quite successful on slimfast last year and was so pleased to get down to my lightest weight In years which was 11st 4lbs. I have majorly let that slip and my weight has went right back up too 12st 9lbs!! I'm so embarrassed and so annoyed with myself that I let this happen!!
    I was so focused last year and then I don't know what happened or where it all went wrong and I fell off the wagon!
    I have even trying for weeks too et back on track and it's just not happening at all. I decided to start a diary again to help keep me on track.

    This morning I weighed in and I am 12st 9lbs. :(:(

    On track today so far with food. Need to get myself motivated to start exercising again. Will use all my will power and get the treadmill out tonight and start my c25k again as once I got into it last year I really enjoyed doing it!

    Yesterday went well stuck to plan food wise. Didn't manage exercise as i had visitors last njght unfortunately.
    Anyway 100% day food wise yest onwards and upwards today :).
    Hope you are all a manging to keep to plans aswell xxx

    Well I might aswell be honest.... Day 2 and it's been bad! I've ate far too much and done no exercise and the only person I have to blame is myself! I can't get motivated at all even thought I am so utterly miserable at the amount of weight I've put on and the way it's making me feel. I am stuck in such a rut and don't know how too get our of it!!
    Come one ladies please help me get my motivation back before I hit the 13st mark and start hiding away from the outside world .... Lol!!

    Hey
    This morning I've had my shake and been out for a walk. I walked 1.7 miles which isn't a lot but was a quick walk with my son in his buggy and it's freezing cold here!! It's exercise at least so that a positive! Onwards and upwards! :)

    Yaya yesterday was another good day :). Stuck to food plan and went out for a good walk! Today will be the same although the walk is weather dependent! Hope you are all getting on well xxx

    Still keeping on track yesterday and today. Was out for lunch today so only had a shake for breakfast no snacks and just going to have a shake for dinner ?. Going to get a good old treadmill out tonight and got for a wee run! Hope you are all keeping on track x

    So I did my run on the treadmill. Was knackered after it but it felt amazubg to do it. Never did any exercise last njght and won't be doing any tonight as I'm working till 9. Diet is still on track! X

    God I really do need a massive shake or boot up my bum. I can't get motivated again fell off te wagon badly!!!
    Get back too it tnorrow ? this weight has got to come off. I've got a wedding in July and for once I want to buy a dress and feel comfortable in it all day and not worrying about what I look like!!! Please someone give me a talking to and motivate me!!! ????

    So here we go. Weighed myself and I'm 12st 11lbs ??!!! What te hell have I been playing at I'm so annoyed and the only person I can blame is myself!! Today I'm going to have a chocolate shake for breakfast. Not planned out the rest of the day but once I have I'll be back on to update. Going to do the 30 day shred tonight which is going to be a killer I think my fitness levels have dropped so badly! Onwards and upwards lets do this! X
    So today I've had
    Chocolate shake
    Cauliflower and broccoli soup with crust bread
    Tesco packet of popcorn
    Chocolate shake for dinner.
    Did a 7 min exercise thing that I downloaded as an app into my ohone today, also going to attempt to do 30 min shred DVD tonight. X

    So I did my 30min shred DVD tonight. Muscles are feeling very achey already although I enjoyed doing it as it's different to anything that I e done before exercise wise.
    Yesterday was a good day both food and exercise wise going to keep it up and get this bloody weight off! X

    Today my muscle are so sore lol the exercise has done something lol!
    I've had a chocolate shake for breakfast
    Apple and low far yogh as a snack
    Chicken and salad for kind and will have another shake or some meat and veg for dinner.
    Hope you are all doing well x
    Deffo no exercise tonight going to let my muscles rest x

    I'm still keeping on track. Had a sneaky wee weigh in this morning and I've lost 1.4lbs. Which I'm pleased about! Went on the exercise bike for a wee 20mins yest as my thighs are still bit achey from 30 day shred!
    Going to make myself a yummy chicken stir fry for lunch this afternoon as in working tonight and don't gt a break so I just take a shake with me to work and have it as I'm working ?

    Not been on in a few days all still going well. Just been doing my c25k running. Was nearly giving up but powered through, now feeling starving. Hope that's a good sign. X

    Hey! Well done for getting back into it - if losing weight was easy we'd all be slim wouldn't we, but whilst I know it's simple in biology terms, it's bloody hard mentally.
    You keep getting back to it, that's the main thing, and if you keep doing that you WILL reach your goal.
    I'm calorie counting at the moment but snooped on here because it's a similar approach, I think the slim fast forum is pretty quiet so if you want extra support you could always post under calorie counting which is a bit busier x

    Hey thanks.
    Ye it's deffo quiet here was really busy this time last year. Had a really good sleep last njght after my run which is good as my sleeping has been awful lately. Feel quite hungry today but I usually feel that way the day after exercise.
    Stil been sticking to plan not long had an Asda low calorie chicken tikka masala and pilau rice for lunch as working tonight. Will take my second shake to work with me and have it on the go. As I'm working tonight I don't think I wil be doing any exercise will see what time and how I feel once I'm home. X

    Never ended up doing exercise when I got home last night as went straight to bed. Ran out of shake this morning so had toast and banana, just went for a we Burger King aswell although I had a kids plain cheese burger meal with diet coke with is around 500ish kcal so not too bad! Going to run on the treadmill tonight again! Keep up te exercise :) x

    Well done for keeping going! You can do it, just think how happy you will be when you reach your target!
