    Hello there!
I chanced upon this forum while doing an internet search for slimming methods. I just decided to LOSE WEIGHT, LOOK SLIM, BE HEALTHY 3 days ago...

The catalyst was hitting 80kg, I was a 57kg in Nov 2005 when I got married, I have put on 23kg after 2yrs 7 mths of marriage and I'm not even pregnant! Hope to find more tips and support here!!!

    Some questions, please help!!!
    - 1 stone = ? kg
    - What is SSing?
    - Do most of the successful weight losers here go on CD (Cambridge Diet)?
    - How do I include the cool weight-loss-tracking-bars in my signature?

    That's all for now!!! Thanks!!!

    Diet:
    WW
SS is sole source as in Lighter Life, Cambridge Diet and Lipotrim

Many of our members have followed a VLCD like CD. But some of us follow SW or WW.

    And welcome

    Thanks Irene!
    I'm wanting to lose 30kg...
Anyone has any idea how long must I be on the CD to lose 30 kg from 80 to 50kg?
    I'm Asian, only 1.59cm. :)

i just found out from a conversion page online:
    1 kg = 2.2 lb
    1 stone = 6.35 kg = 14lb :)

So Starlight lost 152 lb = about 70kg? Wow... Amzing!!!

So I am now a 12.6 stone and my target is 8 stone!
For a start, I will drink 3 litres of water a day!
Am controlling my diet as well, but not on SS.
    What is WW about?

    Diet:
    Weight Watchers
Weight Watchers works on the basis that youre allowed a certain number of points a day, based on your age, weight and lifestyle etc.

Every food had a points value, basically you can eat what you want so long as you keep within your daily points allowance.

I see! Where can I find more info on WW?
Do most of the weight losers exercise as well or they usually depend mainly on diets?
    Thanks for helping, Starlight!
