I am in the zone!

Day one of my weight loss diary current weight 10 stone 4 lb target weight 9 stone. I am doing S/W green as I am a vegetarian and am not going classes so if anyone does see if I am going wrong at any point please, please point it out. I need all the support I can get

Breakfast - 1 slice of wholemeal toast with Marmite (no butter) and 1/2 a tin of beans
Lunch - Vegetable and Lentil Stew (homemade and all free foods)
Snacks - Banana, Strawberries, Grapes & Plum
Dinner - Vegetable Madras and Rice - I have worked this out as 7.5 syns as I am using curry paste and reduced fat coconut milk

Only drinking green tea and water.

Weigh in on Friday, I will let you know if I loose :wave_cry:

just want to wish you luck and i feel your goal is very do-able!

You are starting at where I want to be more or less :D

keeping a diary is a great idea and will keep you motivated.

Well I weighed this morning and I have only lost 1/4lb :cry:

But I suppose I have lost something and I may loose more next week, got to keep up the momentum.

Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs made with fat free fromage frais on 1 slice of wholemeal toast and Marmite (no butter)
Lunch - Italian Soup (homemade & Free)
Snack - Banana, Strawberries & Grapes
Dinner - Spicy Pasta Soup - 1 syn (olives)
with 1 large glass of red wine 8 syns

Drinking green tea and water throughout the day
