I am losing it! - at least I am trying to

Hello all

I am new here. Just started my diet. I am following the Slimming World regime. I find it works for me. When I lived in the UK and joined a grounp and lost 35lbs. Since moving to Canada, where there are no groups I put it all back on. Still I know what to do and just need a little encouragement and "policing" I see you guys have a weekly weigh in so I will be all over that!!!
I am also trying to walk for at least 30 minutes a day to improve my fitness and speed up my weight loss. It is only day 2 and I will keep you posted.
