I am officially healthy!!

Finally after a year my BMI is now under 25 and I am officially classed as healthy!

I've checked it online with a calculator about 10 times today just to see it say I'm healthy. It feels wonderful!

I'm no longer very obese, just plan old obese! I was very excited when i achieved that!! I've another stone to go before i'm overweight but it feels close! I can't wait to be 'normal' lol! Well done!

It's been a great feeling watching it go down. From starting with a BMI of 39 which was extremely obese I really didn't know if I'd get to this stage. It's been a real journey. Now onwards to target!

Well done can understand your excitement mine started at 37.7 now 22.3 and apparently I'm in the extremely healthy category . Feels great doesn't it
