i ate veg

    me the vegaphobic ate veg and actually liked it.
    went to my mums yesterday and she did veg soup made with turnip,carrot,butternut squash and leek i ate it all. then had brockley,carrots and sweet corn with my dinner had roast butternut squash to but didn't like that but so amazed i ate it. didn't get a sticker though lol

    Well done for trying a huge variety of different veg...if they are made into a stew or even a mash (I like celeriac, swede and carrot), you wont know the difference. Also trying them with different herbs and spices help.
    Last night for example, I made a syn free mince and tomato type bolognase, but roasted some aubergine, courgette, butternut squash and peppers in the oven with frylight, crushed garlic...it was delicious!
    See veg isnt that bad after all is it?!!

    no i was actually amazed gonna try more things i say i don't like this week

    Also, just think...most veg is a speed food or super speed food! The more you munch the better your weight losses will be!

    I used to dislike carrots but since starting SW I've made myself eat them (mainly raw) and I now love them, I must eat them everyday. Great to just snack on :)
