I bought a hula hoop!

After reading on the Daily Mail webpage about a woman who lost 4 inches from her waist in 4 weeks hula hooping, i've bought a weighted one from Argos today.

I've measured my waist and I'm going to do 10 mins twice a day and after 4 weeks I'll measure it again.

Has anyone else tried this?

I've not used a real hoop but I've played it on the wii fit and it's great fun xxx
