    I have just woken up and hoping my brain has flicked to switch.... u know to one the liighter...being focussed not food thoughs, I have been putting this of for months..........

    Current weight -83kg

    Week 1 - 2nd May -
    Week 2 - 09th May -
    Week 3 - 16th May -
    Week 4 - 23rd May
    Week 5 - 30th May
    Week 6 - 06th June
    Week 7 - 13th June
    Week 8 - 20th June
    week 9 - 27th June
    week 10 - 4th July - independence Day
    Total loss to date:

    Goal 1 - Make it the to thursday 7th May (Team Meeting last time they saw me 12 weeks ago and i was slim....oooooops!!!

    Goal 2 - 4 + 1 weeks meeting 13th June very important meeting......

    Goal 3 - Loss weight and keep it off forever!!!!!
