So I joined at the tail end of the new plan, I have planned my points apart from my weeklies
B= Wholemeal toast with 15g of peanut butter=8sp
l= Torrtilla pizza (ww tortilla, tomato puree, 20g reduced fat cheese, ham and red onion=6
Dinner= Home made nuggets, chips and salad.
