I cant stop

So far today i have not been able to stop eating this is taken from my diary

Food for today - ee

Breakfast - nectarine, banana and a fat free activia yogurt(i believe these are still free)

lunch - asda fresh tastes chicken in tomato and basil, wholewheat pasta, side salad with spinach cucumber and tomatoes
Slice of roulade (0.5)

Dinner - sliced chicken (0.5) and salad wholemeal roll (Heb) light mayo (2) packet of pombears (4.5)
I also had a tesco light choices chinese style chicken soup in a mug (Free I believe but will go with 2 Syns just in case as it was 43 Kcals)

After Dinner - 2 Satsumas and Nectarine

Hea - skimmed milk

Total sins 9.5

The problem is im now thinking what to eat now i dont know if im hungry or just bored, I thought maybe If i wrote it down it might stop me from going back into the kitchen but so far its not helping!!!!! :eating::17729:

But what your eating isnt bad stuff hun, so if your hungry then go munch :) If im unsure i tend to go for an orange cause it takes time to peel, and i have to make sure ive taken all the pith off too lol so it can take about 20 mins just to peel 1 lol

I find i get real hungry like that when my star week is due...i just cant stop eating! Altho i also tend to go for things like chocolate and pringles....so good on you for staying on plan and still having syns to spare lol

have you tried having a drink sometimes hunger is confused with thirst
In the last few hours ive had about 5 pints of NAS weak squash but nope still want food! :eek:

I have to do that with oranges as well dont like the white bits yuck!

I know its not bad what ive eaten so far but fear it may get worse, just have to go and get another drink of Squash!

have you got any diet pop in? i find the sweetness and the fizzyness is good for filling me up if im in an unsure mood too

Not got any diet pop in, might nip to the shop in a minute or perhaps I should just take the dog out for another hour to take my mind off it although she already looks shattered lol

That looks fine to me.Less than I have eaten today and I am not worried as like you everything I have eaten has been on plan.

Thanks Sue, I just get very worried when im bored as i tend to head for the fridge or the cupboards but thanks to posting it on here and listening to advice i have managed to stay away from the kitchen so far :D
