i cant trust eating all this food?

Iv been doing the cambridge diet where im not eating anything to being told eat everything and then have a snack !

i went to my first meeting last night and came away very confident.

today iv had

muesli with milk and raisins (8)
yogurt and granola (3)
tuna mayo & cucumber sand which (7)
4 finger kit kat (7)

totalling 25 pps

im on 37 a day !
im so stuffed, i think iv got a ww pizza for dinner which is only another 6 points i think !

can you promise me that this will work ?

I walk my dog for around 30mins every day and every saturday i do a boot camp of high intesity sport for 60mins so earns me another 17 points !

im finding im so full i dont want fruit i dont want anything thats free as i need to use my points

It does work, Im at goal after losing 18lb on WW. I never used my activity point as I never believed I be sure how many I had earned.

Agree with Leighforty, I don't eat activity points (If I ever actually earn them :p) for the same reason. Although your leader (and other members here) may possibly tell you that walking your dog wouldn't count as activity points, because this is something you do regularly, so your body is used to it - Activity points are earned over and above what you're used to.

If you're coming straight from Cambridge you may not start losing straight away, but we all promise... it works! Although I've only been doing PP for the last 20lbs or so of my weight loss (Taking off a stone I'd gained in between programmes) I can honestly say it's the easiest way of eating ever.

Good luck :) xx

Im looking at switching from cambridge. Its so expensive and restrictive, although the fast weight loss is great! What made you change to ww?
