i did not realise ss plus was different till 810 till today

    i thought i was starting 810 today but im moving to ss plus

    should not be too much difference in weight loss 810 to ss plus should there?

    what 2 pound a week you mean from ssplus to 810?

    Yep, about 2lbs a month, though it often doesn't work that way. Very often it's a similar weight loss.

    You've done brilliantly richman. What BMI are you at now if you don't mind me asking.

    Must be close to the BMI25??

    im jsut under 25 now Kd

    started at 19 stone 9 and now i weigh 11stone 11 been a long haul jsut praying i can keep it off now!!

    thats just under 25 bmi i started at 41 bmi

    Excellent Richman. You must be so chuffed :clap:

    You should be on 810 now or I'm I reading something wrong here?:eek: Or is the plan to quickly SS+ for a couple of days then 810?

    Gotta protect the lean mass more now you're all skinny ;)

    yes on ss plus for few days then will move onto 810.

    had a 200 grams tubs of cottage cheese seemed so much thats ok isnt it?

    Laura, it's 225g for SS+ which richman is doing at the moment. 250 or 325g (depending on fat content) for the 810.

    That's what my book says anyway :D

    No carbs, and that's why there's the possibility you'll stay in ketosis.
    Sorry thought you were talking about 810 allowance. :)

    Btw, KD - how many grams of protein and carbs are in a pack?
