    Had a bannana bliss tetra for breakfast this morning about 7.30am

    Im feeling peckish now though!
    Tummy rumbling!

    I have drank 1.5 litres so far

    Hello - well done for starting.

    I started today too - I tried to have my first 'meal' as late as possible so that I can manage to get to ten tonight without falling off wagon!

    I made a muffin and enjoyed it with a coffee.

    Im gonna try keep to shakes for ages then use things liek that when i get bored!

    Im going to buy a new book today to help me thru!

    I'm on my 2nd day. Feeling ok so far. I am 5ft 11 so can have 4 x soups/shakes a day. We can do it together.

    Hi everyone, im also on day one today and am feeling very positive at the moment just hope this feeling lasts. Have just had a banana tetra and it was lovely, think im gonna have chicken soup for tea. Good luck to both of you , we can do this Cherry xxx
