I have joined again. For the last and final time.
I am doing this as i only want to loose 13lb not alot but enough this will be my old ww target and i felt good there.
I love ww but always feel hungry and things so i fort sw would be the way forward rather then a diet this is more healthy eating.
Im just going to aim for 1lb a week any more i will be happy.
I do think some times i want to much out of the plan thats why i think i gave up last time.

Congrats on retrning to the plan!! Ive been bk on it for 2 month and feel much better for it! 13lbs should b nice weight to lose! wish i only had 13lbs to shift!! good luck!!xx

Good luck with your sw journey
from my point of view it is the best plan. I did ww a few years ago. Im sorry to say that when my weight loss slowed right down I cut back on my points & became very controlling with the things that I ate. Gave up ww, put all the weight back on.
SW is great! so many things are free, it doesnt feel like a diet. It is so much more healthy then obsessing over points.

So im sure that you can do it, well done to you for spotting when you need to rejoin. Its so easy to put back on all the weight before acting!
