Morning, Went to weigh in this morning- expecting to have STS or put on 1/2lb....
but apparently I lost OMG !!!!!
yep I lost 2.5lb ...How ??:confused::confused:
This week I have been 'sort of' following EE ? - have had yorkshire puds twice this week and had some chocolate last night, But I still dont know how the hell I lost .
I am very confused- I reckon groups scales are broke LOL!!

I stuck to the plan 100% and STS, but its my TOTM, so fingers crossed for a loss, however I did have a curry last night, so who knows!!!

oh i wish i lost this week! i have been swimming every morning and been on the treadmill LOADS and ofc followed the diet very well. yeah yeah muscle right? damnn
