I dont believe it.....lol

    With the money from my birthday i thought id go and treat myself today, so off i went tried on some clothes but thought i'd hold off a few more weeks so i know what size i am going to be..

    legft the clothes shops ..went into a sports shop and kitted myself out in running top, 3/4 lengths, and t shirt!!

    Came home then tried them out on a mile run!!!.....well jog,...run..walk..cough up a lung type thing!!!

    But i did it it took 11 mins which i dont think is that bad and i feel GREAT!!!. I never thought i'd be doing this...x:cool:

    Wow well done you, what a great inspiration you are. I mean who could leave a clothes shop thinking you will be back in a couple of weeks to spend, spend, spend and then walk into a sports shop and think I now want to run!?! Keep going hun xxx

    Argghhh thanks, when i started Lt i said that i wanted to loose weight so i could start exercising and not be so embarrassed, it was funny as i was jogging i tried to imagine carrying 30 bags of sugar around (weight i've lost)...Think i would of died lol!!!

    Thats fantastic Yum Yum. Well done you !!!. Its a great feeling to be ABLE to do some exercise again isnt it . I find even silly things like picking things up of the floor is easier cause the spare tyre has reduced (I am an apple shape!!!) . Well done on running a mile dont think id be able for that yet . !!!!!!!!!!

    It certainly does make things easier without the excess, my mum a ex SW consultant leant me her 2lb fat model....omg it's gross!!!, she used to put bags of suger in a old swimsuit to show the class what there weight loss looked like, ......might find the equivalent weight and put it in a swimsuit and take a pic...and put it on the fridgelol x

    Brilliant Yumyum. I can imagine you feel fabulous after what you have acheived.
    I feel good cos I have just managed to start to fasten my own shoes. (I would never have told anyone this before i would have been too embarrased).

    Well done Toni, enjoy your running.

    I'm the same with how much I've lost. I have lost more than my 11 year old weighs and I can barely lift her up!!!!! It's hard to think that this time last year I was carrying it on me at all times!!!!!
