I don't know what to eat :(!

Hi everyone!!
I start week 2 RTM today and i don't know what to eat!!
I don't think i can manage a snack on top of my meal.
I've been having this week;
Banana shake for breakfast
LL Peanut Bar for lunch
60g chicken or 60g of tuna with lots of leaves and celery for tea
Chocolate shake for supper.

Any tips on where or what i should add as a snack?!
God this RTM malarkey is difficult! hehe

How about some sugar-free jelly? Or some Muller Light yoghurt? I remember that those were allowed fairly early on in the RTM! Also have a look through your RTM 'Recipe' booklet Weeks 1-4, if you haven't received it; ask for one from your counsellor!

I've had some jelly it was so yummy!
I'm just finding the whole RTM thing very daunting!
Abstinence was so easy, i guess this is where the hard work starts!!
I'm always so so full after a plates of leaves n half a chicken breast about 60g! I'm a freak :( haha xx

Have a look through the threads here, I believe Poppysparkle made some food lists a few weeks ago when she started RTM! And other pages too, there might be some salad ideas.
