I am doing everything- I have completely cut out cheese and I got on the scales today and I had a gain. What am I doing wrong? Do you think it would be worth trying to incorporate some fruit into my diet to see if that helps? I am really getting desperate now.

fruit is a no no on this in the begining try listing what youv been eating on here and maybe some one might spot something/where your going wrong

oh i dont know then sorry not alot of help am i think most people are out in the sun i just came in to have lunch and quick look on here.hope some1 can help you ((hugs))

are you drinking enough water? getting some exercise? too much exercise can lead to muscle gain. muscle weighs more than fat.
maybe your losing inches and its not showing on the scales

No I am not exercising- maybe i should start-i have a mini trampoline. I am drinking 2 litres of water religiously per day.

me too , i've gained this week

only thing i had different was two oopsies

i feel hungry as well , wonder if they have knocked me out of ketosis

my carbs per day are usually under 10 never mind 20 so somethings wrong .......help please people x

I've two suggestions:
1. Are you getting enough fibre?
2. Does your sweetner 'agree' with you.

If it's any help I've stayed the same for 10 days, but I'm losing inches. It's mad! My clothes are getting looser every day, I can't believe it.
Have you tried your clothes on? We are both peed off with the scales, but Steve got into clothes today that still had the label on because they were too small.
I know it doesn't make sense, but try it.

more greens ie fibre and salad see the atkins site

geordie girl you might need to up your carbs - you should be eating 15g carbs from green leafy veg so you shouldnt be under 10 babe x

i love a crisp green salad ,and i dont mind cabbage and stuff , just i was never i veg eater , it was more fruit

It is very strange, It's odd to lose inches and not pounds, I have looked and can't see anything wrong with what Coco is eating, have we looked at hidden carbs or citrix at all? I can't recall.

jim the same is happening to me, it has since we last had this conversation really. I lost 1lb since then but thats it. Im not having anything with citrix in it. And hardly any hidden carbs, im even counting cream and cut out cheese with the exception from a little bit every now and then. Could it be that we are not having enough carbs or fat as im rarely hungry so dont eat much.

Cheryl yes you might need more fat? have you counted your cals and see how many you are having?
