I am 3 days in and it going very well so far.. am managing the gym and walking the dog evryday no prob (well have a little less energy for gym than usual but imagine that takes time to get used to), anyway i ran out the door this morning in such a rush I forgot my morning and lunchtime shakes!! eek.. So I ran into teco, they hadnt the shakes chilled and I have no longer a fridge in our office! So I grabbed 4 carmel treat bars, reckoning I can have 2 for brekkie and 2 for lunch... but they are lush... do u think I can substitute them like this.. and they taste too tasty to have so little cals!!!
